iDream of: a Sweet Escape Engagement Party

I've been falling more and more in love with the idea of a destination wedding. That being said, I've come up with an iDream that will come in three parts over the next three weeks.

A Sweet Escape

Once the engagement is announced - which I envision as something like this, simplistic yet adorable...

...it's time to send out the invitations! Here are some I fell in love with while browsing good ol' Etsy.

I love the finger prints in the shape of a heart by Mint Confetti.

I'm a fan of the kraft paper (can't you tell?), this one is by Moops Prints.

And last but not least, this chalkboard printable invitation by STH Blue.

I'm imagining this newly engaged couple to already know where they are having their destination wedding and to announce that to their loved ones AT the party. Of course you can always hint it by adding a theme.

Instead of different flags for different countries and states, theme it to the country or state of your destination wedding!

Can't wait to share more inspiration as this theme consumes my life for the next couple weeks and I have NO problem with that at all. There are so many creative people out there - so thankful to be able to pull inspiration from them all.
