No Bake Oreo Cheesecake Balls

I know I know - I didn't post an iDream Wednesday {does anyone even read those?}...

Well shit, I hope so.

Anyway! I am going to admit something - I got lazy, really lazy...but we all do from time to time right? However, I am proud to say that I did not skip a workout this week! Boom! I got lazy blogging because I have been a little discouraged with my creativity lately. If someone finds my creativity, please read it's collar and send it back to me - it's missing.

I saw a bunch of instagramers Instagramming these #omg #birthdayoreo! So I decided to make a simple, quick, easy, no bake recipe to share with you guys.

No Bake Oreo Cheesecake Balls
1 package of birthday Oreos - I always do chocolate so I decided to switch it up, it works for either!
1 8oz. package of cream cheese
Melting chocolate of your choice
Sprinkle or topping of your choice

I know not everyone has fancy tools in their kitchen so I try to make my recipes that you can do no matter what you have available.

1. Empty the pack of Oreos into a ziplock bag
2. Smash as small as you can, I just had my muscle man help me out
3. Put the cream cheese into a large bowl and empty the smashed Oreos - you are going to have to scrape the bag as well since the filling gets stuck on it
4. Mix well {it looks like tuna since I used the vanilla Oreos}
5. Leave in fridge for a half hour
6. Roll into balls and place into freezer until hard {about fifteen minutes}
7. Heat up and dip into your melting chocolate
8. Sprinkle with desired topping

Hope you enjoy, have a great weekend!
